BukDesk refund policy
30 days, no questions
Anyone who bought a BukDesk license can get all their money back within 30 days of the purchase, with no reason needed. There is no cancellation fee.
How to ask
Write to main@bscale.co.il from the email you bought with, with the order or invoice number. The money goes back to the payment method you used, within 14 days of the request, and you get a credit note.
What happens to the license
A refunded license is cancelled on the refund, and may not be used any more. The software may keep running on a computer with no connection, but that does not restore the license.
After 30 days
No refund, except as the law requires. If the software does not work as promised, write to us and we will look into it.
Your rights under the law
This policy is broader than the right to cancel a distance sale under Israel's Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and does not replace it. Where they differ, whichever is better for the consumer applies.
Trial and beta
The free trial and the beta cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund.
