We are committed to making our services accessible to all users, including people with disabilities, in line with international and local regulations.
Our commitment
BScale AI targets WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance by default and works toward WCAG 2.2 AA where applicable.
Accessibility is an ongoing process rather than a one-off project.
Standards and regulations
Israel: Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations 5773-2013, in particular Regulation 35.
European Union: European Accessibility Act (Directive 2019/882), in force since 28 June 2025.
United States: ADA and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act.
Canada: ACA and AODA (Ontario).
United Kingdom: Equality Act 2010 and PSBAR 2018.
Australia: Disability Discrimination Act 1992.

Automated checks with Axe and Lighthouse.
Manual screen-reader testing with NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver and keyboard-only passes.
